Created the go-to-market plan for launching managed security and infrastructure services for the Health Care market unit ($400m+ revenues) of a global systems integrator ($11B in global revenues).  Strategic roadmap used to position existing assets and delivery capabilities from the public sector vertical to commercial health care providers

Developing planning and ecosystem approach for a provider of in-building 5G distribution and management services.  Establishing corporate governance processes, strategic and financial planning, and pricing structures for segment-specific 5G solutions
